Thanks for all your good wishes - I went to London for the day to celebrate becoming a senior citizen. My sister is still here - she goes tomorrow - so I seem to have been out most of the days for the past 2 weeks...and that's without the minor detail of daughter's wedding!
There's no point in having a last minute if you don't use it!

It's not fair. I'm not that much younger that Looby but have to wait nearly eight years until I can get any benefit from being a senior citizen. :( I would quite like to get a bus pass while I am still capable of getting on a bus! :lol:

Bus passes you have to wait until you get your state pension but Senior Citizen rail cards you can get on your 60th birthday
There's no point in having a last minute if you don't use it!
