Driven to abstraction
Driven to abstraction
Has anyone made any headway with this. I think I'm about 3/10 ths of the way through the first part, but progress is slow.
Re: Driven to abstraction
I think I have 7 so far.
Re: Driven to abstraction
Kingsley and I are collaborating and are up to 4. BUT IT'S LIKE PULLING TEETH. She can't access this part of the forum at present, so I'll have to be her spokesperson. She is convinced the red one is a film called "The Oven" (complete with fried egg)
Re: Driven to abstraction
I'm impressed! My mind is almost a total blank on these. The red one is the only one I do know. But I've never been much of a film buff

Re: Driven to abstraction
The one on which you can actually still read the caption (top right on the website page) is the only one I have for this so far. I haven't really tried yet though, but I don't think I'm going to like this one as much as another movie poster one I have seen of Scurra's though...
Re: Driven to abstraction
Is there anyone out ther with any ideas about the 4th one (6 pictures ) or the last one?
Re: Driven to abstraction
Anyone know where I can start looking for the answers to these posters. I've done some searching on the web but zilch I'm not a movie goer so am stumped

Re: Driven to abstraction
I think on this one I'd have to send my list and have you fill in the blanks. (There's only that one non-blank still! )
Re: Driven to abstraction
Katsmom I goggle imaged famous actors with the words film poster. Some I just googled famous films' names to see what the posters were like. They are quite well known in general (I don't get to the cinema either) still stuck on two.

Re: Driven to abstraction
I'm amazed anyone can make anything from the movie posters - well done to those that have got some or all of them.
Anybody tell me the lead actor in the films to give me a chance.

Chazzie, your little penguin looks like it is gloating.
Re: Driven to abstraction
It wasnt intended that way. There was so much talk about dancing on this forum that I thought this would be fun. He brings back memories of my nephew dancing on the table when he was about 18months old - and makes me laugh - even when I'm struggling with the puzzleskatsmom wrote:Chazzie, your little penguin looks like it is gloating.

Phew! I've got there too. Very clever, Scurra!
