Thanks to everyone for their good wishes.

I did indeed keep to my name this year. I directed this year's panto, so have been front of house for most of the time, except Saturday evening when I snuck on and joined in one of the song and dance numbers - much to the surprise and consternation of some of the cast :D

Got to keep them on their toes, don't you know!

Thank you. I am now the proud owner of a Kindle. I have managed to unpack it, and have got as far as plugging it in. I spent most of the last year thinking I was 46, but I was only 45, so now I get to do the year all over again. What a bonus!
