Oh, SparkOut, that's rotten, poor things. I actually woke up at ridiculous O'clock on Christmas morning with tonsillitis. It was quite depressing sitting in my living room with the cat going ballistic, feeling like rubbish, waiting for the boys to wake up for about three hours!! Still, the upside was that I got to prepare all the vegetables, AND watch a programme all about parsnips

AND the Gruffalo...

Hope they mend quickly.

Sorry to hear that Sparkout. Hope everyone is feeling better soon.
Christmas was over far too quickly for me as I was back at work today.
And I was so exhausted I couldn't stop yawning.
Still I have the day off tomorrow but more cooking to do as I have my sisters coming for the day.

that sounds awful Sparkout.
Thomas was sick at 1am on Christmas morning, leading to me trying to run with him into the bathroom, and tripping over the stairgate and giving myself a black eye... luckily the rest of the day was really good.
I was supposed to be back at work today, but Sigur has gone down with the norovirus, so I had to come home to look after Thomas. Hope he's better for tomorrow - we're supposed to be driving down to Devon to join Scurra at Wulfs.

What a lot of illnesses seem to be around this year! Hope everyone is now recovering? Sigur is still off his food, but feeling better, so it looks as if I may have an extra mouth to feed by this evening....... (Eirian's party meal!)

Is Sigur so big that he counts as two mouths when fully fit?

Belated Happy Christmas to all and I hope all those who were sick have now recovered and are preparing for Hogmanay. We had a reasonably quiet Christmas and it will only be OH and me for New Year. But in case I don't get the chance - A happy new year to you all and may you all have many of them.

We finally had Christmas with all the present-opening etc
yesterday. The heating was fixed by Boxing Day, but it has not been a joyous holiday season
Hope everyone is getting better and is thinking positive thoughts for 2013.

Happy Christmas from the Brains - who will no doubt be puzzling over the holiday......
My best Christmas present will of course be watching that gorgeous grandson's little face opening his presents (and probably Mummy's and Daddy's as well at a guess

)

And a Merry Christmas to Everyone from me - and hope Father Christmas brought some cheer - although I'm a little worried about the Noddy family as I don't think they were all asleep when he was due to arrive!!

And a merry Christmas from the evil jester.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".
