Wow!! I forgot I had my date on here. Thanks to everyone. What a lovely surprise. I only came on to see how about the new puzzles were going. I'm sorry I don't post more but I never seem to have anything interesting to say!! But here's to another year of driving my husband crazy!!!

First of all yes, driving husbands crazy is a very worthy cause. I do that to mine daily. And as for never having anything interesting to say...well, that doesn't stop me!

Hope they are all spoiling you rotten. :D

Yes I'm being spoiled. :) just back from lovely lunch with wine and now can't (won't) move. But this is for today only. Tomorrow start clearing out and moving things around as my daughter and 2 grandsons(10 & 8) move in while looking for somewhere to stay. Yes I'm looking forward to it and yes I'm NOT looking forward to it. Does that make sense?

 Absolutely!! It's lovely to have them but you sort of get used to NOT having them. Sounds like you'd better make the most of today! :D

Belated greetings from me.

Net has been really slow for the past few days. Times out before I got here but fingers crossed I've been here a while now and not been cut off. :D

Happy birthday Thomas! :D
Question is, when will he be able to read these messages himself? (Or can he already?)

sorry, my laptop is bust, so I didn't get on here yesterday. Yes, Thomas is 5! He's had a wonderful birthday, and told us today (after his party) that his favourite present was from his Uncle Scurra.. (well, what 5 year old boy doesn't want a set of superhero lego figures  )

PS. Yes, he would be able to read the messages on here - and could probably type a reply too... (he knows his way round a computer keyboard better than some of my work colleagues) Not that I'm going to let him though, just in case  :o
Perseverance: - the courage to ignore the obvious wisdom and carry on anyway
