Why? Does he distract you by making rude comments from behind the lid or something? <boom-tish>
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

When Tony was about 14 he announced at breakfast that he didn't know whether he wanted a bass guitar or a drum kit. He had a bass guitar by the end of the day because there was no way a drum kit was taking up residence.

Just seen the advert that a colleague's daughter featured in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=p ... lTRdXZFwww

She got paid £5000 for this! I'm so clearly in the wrong job!

Now I know there is a thread somewhere to post places to eat, but I can't find it. I've been a bit indulgent over the past couple of days....

Friday went with a certain jestery friend for a nice meal (well, apart from the ghastly music) at the Boot in Sarratt http://www.thebootsarratt.com/. It did nice food and was a "proper" pub. Great to catch up, Scurra. :D

Today, after dropping John the Tree off for his wood-turning taster day (which was our birthday present to him) including his scary packed lunch in a proper little red riding hood gingham basket, we had a nice walk from the White Horse in Burnham Green http://www.whitehorseburnhamgreen.com/ for about 5 miles or so, then had a nice lunch there too.

In the afternoon, we finally got round to visiting Welwyn Roman baths, too.

Just got back from drinks and nibbles at s-i-l's so quite an action-packed weekend so far. :D

...Last day of this half term for me. YAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!

Just went and bought myself a long black and grey wig and witch's hat ready for family get together in a week or so. Tried on the wig and D commented that I really didn't need it, as I already have long dark hair with grey streaks in it.  OK so I'll just fly off on my broomstick in a big huff now.

 Good plan!

Then maybe later you could try kissing him to see if he turns (back?) into a handsome prince. ;)

He already is one of those.

And yes, LAT, I am hoping for a prince, just as long as it doesn't end up looking like Harry...

Looking for all my contact numbers in all the places I can think of. In short, I've lost all my phone numbers (personal). If I had your number can you PM me and give it to me again please. Otherwise I've lost you all.

.......up north.

Went to see the little cherubs. It was incredibly windy in Scotland, but we managed not to get blown into the sea. (just)

Kingsley seems to be coping really well with having to cook for herself, much to our amazement, and Fernando has settled in well and seems to have made lots of friends.

Well, that sounds pretty normal to me. But it's a good thing really, even if it doesn't feel like it.
