Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it.

The brain really does do strange things at times

Perseverance: - the courage to ignore the obvious wisdom and carry on anyway

Here's a silly one.

Try and see if Google's "neural net" can recognise your drawings of things. (Probably not, if my efforts were anything to go by!) But it then uses your drawings, along with other people, to try and get better at recognising what it is supposed to be.

Re: Passing the time
The drawing one is amusing. Although I couldn't get it to recognise any more than 4 drawings each time. And I was completely and utterly hopeless at the robin one!

I was useless at both - but I knew I would be.
I do like the advert though.

Re: Passing the time
I got the hang of the robin after a few goes.......
But the drawing annoyed me no end as it didn't recognise anything - not even my ladder and banana which were exactly the same as most others (not to mention the ones they showed that were terrible) and my bridge which was considerably better!

Like I needed to find more ways to pass time!

Re: Passing the time
I should be working on PuzzleBrains, but George and I bought a book and just love it. www.Journal29.com
We've managed half the book in a day. Good fun though.

Re: Passing the time
Just in case anyone is here in the next few minutes...live rocket launch.
https://www.facebook.com/IFeakingLoveSc ... 947060407/
Ooohh, hasn't gone yet. Not enough vodka?
...Some of the comments are cracking me up.
"Check the dilithium crystals, Scottie!"
"Russian space launch - "you're fired!"
"Come on guys just start the engine.... It's not rocket science!"
"Have they tried switching it on and switching it off again?"
Delayed until Saturday 3 46 am central time.
