Well, I'm happy to delay it a bit if that helps anyone?

Could I have hands up please for your preferred date? At the moment, I can offer you:

Thursday 29th June
Thursday 6th July
Thursday 13th July
or
Thursday 27th July

Again, I am suggesting an 8 30 start.

First three dates good with me - just not the 27th July. 8.30 pm OK with me (if we have fewer rounds/additional stuff)

Looking forward to Round 2....

I have to admit that I would prefer one of the later dates to 29th June but am happy to give it a go then if it suits others best. (I could just use exhaustion as an excuse for not doing very well! )

Crikey, LAT, we are all starting to wonder what it is you are getting up to...

Oh it's just that lots of things are happening together.
I was up in London for the day yesterday (went to the Pink Floyd exhibition at the V&A which was really good - especially if you are a fan). This weekend we are doing the London Open Gardens - this afternoon and all day tomorrow.
Then
22nd K arrives home late at Stansted.
23rd I've taken off work to spend with K and recover from late night (last time it was 3.00 am we got to bed!)
24th we are in London all day and overnight,
25th we are in London most of the day.
26th I am at work in the morning then we have theatre in the evening. 27th work all day (hopefully swim in the evening), 28th out all day,
29th work all day
I then have nothing in the diary for the rest of the summer - well nothing yet anyway. The next events are L's birthday and our wedding anniversary over the bank holiday weekend but we have nothing planned for either.

So while I could do 29th, a later date would be preferable, especially to have something to look forward to later in the summer.

OK so does the 6th July look like the best bet? I'm going out during the day (meeting up with some old friends I haven't seen for ages! :D ) but as long as I'm organised the day before I'm sure that will be fine for me.

6th July should be better for me if that is OK with you. :D

6th July would be OK for me.

Is that OK with any others who would like to take part?

I've got all my rounds done now: 6 rounds this time (far too many last time!) and two Marathons. I've also had some help from LAT (thank you) to sort out my score sheet so that hopefully that won't cause a problem this time too. There is also an optional puzzle at the end again, which attaches to the music round answers.

I need to find some victim to test it all now...

Oh, that's a shame. :( How many others are OK to do it? I know Scurra, Maisie and LAT have all said it's OK - if Wulfruna and SparkOut can't make 6th, maybe we could reschedule? But I am happy to keep it as 6th if that suits most people best.

I should still be OK but am happy to postpone if it suits others better.

OK, I don't think I'm going to hear from anyone else now, so I'm leaving it at the 6th (sorry, Chazzie - maybe next time (if there is one!)

I'm going to post a list of rounds on the main forum, please choose which round you would like to play your joker on before the quiz starts. If I don't hear beforehand, I will randomly allocate one. :)

For non- quizzers, there is also an optional puzzle at the end if you are interested. Although you might need to listen to some music first. :)

Sorry to have been silent... I had a hectic week last week with other things and didn't attempt to login.
Then Scurra told me about the cookies problem, so I thought I'd better come in and see....

I am around on Thursday and happy to be counted in.
