No, no you do it please. I'm really busy and also brain dead at the moment, so I'd be absolutely useless. Anyway, you're up in the night so you can get the first crack at them.

Can I blame you, or are you blaming me?

Why should we need to blame you when we
know it's always your fault?

Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

CISRA is open for registration, with the preliminary puzzles up. (Round 1 is always released a while before the main Hunt, as a sort of warmup).

Have now looked at some of the past puzzles on the cisra site (thanks for posting the address). I am interested but am worried that I'd be rather a broken reed. (This is not a cue for anyone to say "no, no", by the way; I'm just being realistic. So if you needed someone to make up the team, I'd be happy to do it, but probably not otherwise)

I think that is how I feel too. I'm getting a bit worried I'm not going to be any help for MUMS anyway

Em, could I just ask who is it that's done all the puzzles in issue 3 (apart from the meta)?? Crikey, if you can't do it, who can?

OK, it may be daunting to think of, but (speaking as an "also-ran" MIT hunter) the fact that you don't instantly know the answer doesn't mean that you can't have fun, especially in puzzling with other people, and although success always makes it a good memory, it's not a requisite. As well as that, the fact that it's a group thing makes a difference - often a chance comment from one sparks a chain of thought in another, and then you find a breakthrough is made. So please don't feel negative about the prospect. If you like Puzzlebrains, you'll like MUMS, and (probably especially) CISRA. Whether you get 100 points or not is largely irrelevant.

I tried CISRA last year on my own, for various reasons my other team mates were not around the week of the puzzles.
I think I solved 6 of the 20 puzzles and if I'd had some lego I'd have probably made 7. Working as a team will be good fun.

You'll be pleased to know that I did manage that!
Not much idea about the scene set though
